Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for the Cabo Verde Boutique Hotel is accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotels’ websites and payments via payment gateway systems through the FLITT TPAY LLC.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Cabo Verde Boutique Hotel. We strive to provide excellent services and accommodation to all our guests. As part of our commitment to transparency and effective communication, we have implemented the following no refund policy. Please read it carefully before making a reservation.

  1. Reservation Confirmation: Once you make a reservation with Cabo Verde Boutique Hotel, it is considered a confirmed booking. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this no refund policy.
  2. Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made through our website are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.
  3. Modification Policy: In case you need to modify your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, any modifications made to the booking, such as changes in dates, room type, or duration of stay, may be subject to additional charges. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of the modification.
  4. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to check-in on the reserved date without prior notice), deposit will be charged, and no refunds will be given.
  5. Incidentals and Damages: Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay, such as room service, minibar usage, or damages to the hotel property. These charges will be billed to the guest's credit card on file. Any damages caused by the guest will be assessed and charged accordingly.
  6. Discretionary Refunds: While our policy states that no refunds will be issued, reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretionary refunds in exceptional cases, solely at our discretion.

Check in/out & Stay duration policies

    Check in: the check in time is 15:00-24:00. We do late night check in past 24:00, however guests MUST notify the hotel in advance to preserve their reservation. Failure to inform the hotel about late check in could result in the reservation to be considered as NO SHOW and the hotel will not be required to provide it's services, nor would the reservation payment be refunded. There are no additional costs for late check in.
    Check out: the check check out time is 12:00. The procedure should be initiated at the reception desk. Please, vacate the room before starting the check out procedure.
    Early check in/Late check out: In case you need early check in/late check out, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. All such requests should be communicated with the hotel in advance. The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fee for such services, communicated and agreed upon with the guests.
    Additional charges: Using additional services of the hotel: minibar, laundry, garden bar, will incur additional charges that can be paid at anytime at the reception desk or upon check out. Minibar prices can be found in a menu right above the minibar.
